Lip Scrub vs Lip Balm
A Lip Scrub is designed to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells from your lips, adding in hydration with just natural oil and butter. A Lip Balm is designed to apply a layer of moisture using wax as a base with the oils to keep the moisture lockedin.
Both are great lip care products, and ideally, you want to use both, scrub to exfoliate, and balm to lock in moisture.
