How to use your Aromatherapy shower steamers:

Place your shower steamer in an area where it's as close to your nose as possible. The closer the better. Turn your shower on as normal making sure your steamer is not in the direct flow of your running water. Give your steamer a blast of water with your shower head for 2-3 seconds to start the steamer fizzing.The fizzing will release the aromas of the essential oils. To get more of an aroma give your steamer a quick blast with water. The more you blast the stronger your aroma becomes.

Breath deeply and you might find that you feel like you are at a real spa.

Warning: Keep children under 10 away from shower steamers, some of the essential oils used can be harmful to them.
